TAKING DOWN THE CULTURAL REVOLUTION
The Action Plan

President Trump’s Executive Orders (EOs) in the first weeks of his presidency laid the foundation for how we can end the radical indoctrination of children. The American educational system has been captured by woke DEI and radical gender ideologies designed to fundamentally transform our culture by transforming the values, attitudes, and beliefs of children. Trump’s March 4th address to the joint session of Congress was a further and total affirmation of his objective to dismantle the dangerous policies of the Marxist cultural revolution.

We must all be whistleblowers now.

Step 1: File complaints with the federal Office for Civil Rights (OCR).

On February 14, 2025, the U.S. Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) gave notice to every state (“Dear Colleague Letter”) that every discriminatory DEI program and policy must be halted by February 28th to continue receiving federal funding. States and schools rely on federal education funding.

The OCR has asked the public to use this portal to submit any example of a school’s non-compliance.

What are some of those examples?

  • White supremacy indoctrination – File a complaint.
  • Celebrating BLM week (BLM is all DEI) – File a complaint.
  • Policies which view everything through an equity lens – File a complaint.
  • DEI based 3rd party contracts – File a complaint.
  • “Equity in discipline” policies – File a complaint on the school district and on the Minnesota Department of Human Rights which enforces this policy on schools.
  • Pride week celebrations – File a complaint.
  • Teaching radical gender ideology – File a complaint.
  • DEI or gender ideology in teacher licensing mandates, teacher professional development materials, and grants for K-12 curriculum and materials – File a complaint.
  • “Cultural competency” training – File a complaint.

This OCR report is exactly the tool we need to reverse the cultural revolution in our states and local school districts because it will trigger much needed attention and a federal investigation.  (Note: If a complaint is not about a specific individual, a letter format may be submitted, rather than the complaint form.)

Step 2: Be familiar with President Trump’s EOs that directly impact kids:

With these EOs, President Trump clarified that Diversity-Equity-Inclusion (DEI) programs are illegal discrimination and therefore directly violate the federal Civil Rights law (Title VI and Title IX). He made it clear that the Civil Rights law will be enforced.

He also clarified that radical gender ideology has replaced the word sex with “an ever-shifting concept of self-assessed gender identity, permitting the false claim that males can identify and thus become women and vice versa,” and is in the process of forcing all institutions of society to accept this false claim as true. “Federal funds,” the EO states, “shall not be used to promote gender ideology.”

The President’s March 4th speech to the joint session of Congress echoed the EOs, calling them a “common sense revolution.”

I signed an executive order banning public schools from indoctrinating our children with transgender ideology. I also signed an order to cut off all taxpayer funding to any institution that engages in the sexual mutilation of our youth. And now, I want Congress to pass a bill permanently banning and criminalizing sex changes on children and forever ending the lie that any child is trapped in the wrong body. This is a big lie. And our message to every child in America is that you are perfect exactly the way God made you.

Step 3: Go to our website and bookmark and share our whole new page, Reversing the Cultural Revolution — Ending DEI. It contains more information and resources regarding this action plan. We all have a responsibility to take action now. Our tools are filing complaints, many complaints, hundreds of complaints, to the enforcement office of the Department of Education, to require our schools, our districts, and our state come into compliance with federal law.

Step 4: Prepare for and expect noncompliance.  Expect the “rebranding” of DEI programs as “resilience” programs or other names using the same content. In states like Minnesota, public officials have already declared they will not comply. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, the Minnesota State High School League, some legislators, and many school boards immediately broadcast their intention to follow Minnesota laws that currently violate the U.S. Constitution. They openly declared that they will defy federal law, inviting investigation and litigation. The Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Clause 2) of the U.S. Constitution establishes that federal law overrides state law when there is a conflict.

Step 5. Bring it on. We are the boots on the ground, the eyes and ears of the restoration. We the people are the whistleblowers! Anyone may file a complaint! Because Minnesota public officials have openly declared their noncompliance with federal law, they have already been put on notice by the Civil Rights division of the Department of Education.

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) today announced directed investigations into the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) and the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), both of which publicly announced plans to violate federal antidiscrimination laws related to girls’ and women’s sports. This includes the possibility of allowing male athletes to compete in women’s sports and use women’s intimate facilities.

“The Minnesota State High School League and the California Interscholastic Federation are free to engage in all the meaningless virtue-signaling that they want, but at the end of the day they must abide by federal law,” said Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Craig Trainor. “OCR’s Chicago and San Francisco regional offices will conduct directed investigations into both organizations to ensure that female athletes in these states are treated with the dignity, respect, and equality that the Trump Administration demands. I would remind these organizations that history does not look kindly on entities and states that actively opposed the enforcement of federal civil rights laws that protect women and girls from discrimination and harassment.”

So, let’s GO! Be the whistleblower! Bring your school and district into compliance with federal law!
