Red Alert on Medical Freedom – Kids Targeted
This update covers what is happening at the state and federal level. Your parental rights are being threatened by powerful forces in both. You will want to share this with others.
In direct opposition to parental authority to direct the healthcare of their children, two bills now moving through the Minnesota legislature would strip parents of that right.
SF 3439/HF3239 would ban conscientious objections to the MMR vaccine for ALL children, including homeschool and private school children. That bill passed the Senate Health & Human Services Committee on March 18th and was referred on to the Senate Education Policy Committee. The House version has not been scheduled for a committee hearing.
SF 4458/ HF3775 would ban conscientious objections for ALL vaccines for ALL children in Minnesota including homeschool and private school children. That bill has been referred to the Senate Education Policy Committee also and has not yet been scheduled for a hearing in either the Senate or the House. However, hearings may be scheduled at any time on extremely short notice. This has become a strategy of the Left to minimize and stymie public opposition.

A rally for medical freedom at the Minnesota State Capitol Rotunda will take place at 10am on April 8th. We encourage everyone to show up!
Because you HAVE parental authority!
In a March 2, 2026, ruling, Mirabelli v. Bonta, the U.S. Supreme Court confirmed that parents have a constitutional right to direct the upbringing and care of their children. It is our place and our duty to defend that right.
UPDATE ON MEDICAL FREEDOM AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL
Shortly after RKF Jr. was appointed to lead the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), and following President Trump’s executive order calling for a review of America’s childhood vaccination schedule against the best practices of other peer developed countries, he announced an investigation into the childhood vaccination schedule as a potential contributing factor to the rising chronic disease epidemic.
As part of the strategy to review the schedule, RJK Jr. did the following:
1. Fired all 17 members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). ACIP is a federal advisory committee within Centers for Disease Control (CDC) established in 1964 that was intended to provide expert advice and guidance on the use of vaccines. ACIP develops recommendations for childhood vaccination schedules and public health. They were fired for obvious conflicts of interest because many of them had ties to the pharmaceutical industry. RFK Jr. appointed new members to create a more balanced board of vaccine proponents and skeptics.
2. Directed the CDC to begin scaling back the number of recommended routine vaccinations for children. The first to go were Covid19 and Hep B for newborns. Parents can still choose them for their children, but they are no longer considered routine. The 2025 schedule recommended all American children be vaccinated against 18 diseases making us an outlier among other countries in the number of shots being administered to children. Under Kennedy, that recommended schedule was reduced to 11.
3. Launched a new Adverse Event Monitoring System (AEMS). This platform combines and replaces the previous separate systems, including the long-standing Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) for vaccines. This is a massive development because registering an adverse event in VAERS is extremely burdensome and difficult – so much so that a 2011 Harvard study found that VAERS was underreporting vaccine injuries by as much as 99%! Thus, the actual number of injuries caused by the experimental mRNA Covid19 injection is staggering…because VAERS recorded over 1.7 million Covid19 vaccine injuries. If that number represents a fraction of the real number, no wonder 56% of Americans across all demographics believe the Covid19 injection caused unexplained deaths.
4. Advocated for removing the pharmaceutical blanket liability shield. Since 1986, Big Pharma has been exempt from responsibility for harm and injuries caused by vaccines. To no one’s surprise, the recommended childhood vaccination schedule exploded under no accountability. Removing their liability shield is overwhelmingly popular among Democrats, Republicans and Independents. Companion bills have been introduced in both Houses of Congress.
5. On March 19th, the CDC accepted for review an application to establish new medical codes to classify injuries and deaths linked to Covid19 “vaccines.” As Dr. Joel Wallskog, Co-Chair of the group which submitted the application, said, “You cannot treat what you cannot name.” The absence of medical codes has erected an impenetrable roadblock for patients who are suffering with injuries and has prevented them from receiving care, insurance coverage for treatments, and even acknowledgment of their injuries.
6. Required adherence to the CDC’s new requirement that “All new vaccines will undergo safety testing in placebo-controlled trials prior to licensure”, which is a “radical departure from past practices.” In fact, Kennedy’s spokesperson, Andrew Nixon, told Forbes, “Except for the COVID vaccine, none of the vaccines on the CDC’s childhood recommended schedule were tested against an inert placebo, meaning we know very little about the actual risk profiles of these products.” [Emphasis added] CPL wrote about this shocking reality and it should stop all parents in their tracks.
7. Published the MAHA Report. [The MAHA Report is an assessment produced at the direction of President Trump’s February 2025 Executive Order to establish a Make America Healthy Again Commission to advise and assist the President on how best to address the childhood chronic disease crisis and to produce an assessment within 100 days of the Executive Order.] Using data from the CDC, the Report provided the following shocking state of children’s health in America:
• Over 40% of the roughly 73 million children (aged 0-17) in the United States have at least one chronic health condition, according to the CDC, such as asthma, allergies, obesity, autoimmune diseases, or behavioral disorders.
• Over 75% of American youth (aged 17-24) are ineligible for military service—primarily due to obesity, poor physical fitness, and/or mental-health challenges.
• More than 1 in 5 children over 6 years old are obese.11 This is a more than 270% increase compared to the 1970s, when less than one in twenty children over 6 were obese.
• Type 2 Diabetes in children was very rare in the 1980s. “Today, over 350,000 children have been diagnosed with diabetes (3.5 per 1,000).17 18 One study estimated a 65% increase in type 1 diabetes and a more than 600% increase in type 2 diabetes by 2060 if current trends continue.
• Autism rates vary by state, but nationally “Autism spectrum disorder impacts 1 in 31 children by age 8 and is estimated to be 3.4 times more common in boys than girls, according to the CDC.22 In 1960, autism occurred in less than 1 in 10,000 children.24 25 In the 1980s, autism occurred at rates of 1 to 4 out of 10,000 children.
• Childhood cancer incidence has risen over 40% since 1975.
Not only are America’s children suffering physically, but they are also suffering from serious mental health issues too.
• Teenage depression rates nearly doubled from 2009 to 2019, with more than 1 in 4 teenage girls in 2022 reporting a major depressive episode in the past year.
• Three million high school students seriously considered suicide in 2023.
• Suicide deaths among 10- to 24-year-olds increased by 62% from 2007 to 2021, and suicide is now the second leading cause of death in teens aged 15-19.
• The prevalence of diagnosed anxiety increased by 61% among adolescents between 2016 and 2023.
• Over 57% of girls report feelings of sadness and hopelessness, while suicidal ideation in teen girls has surged by 60% since 2010.
Clearly, America’s children are NOT well! And the trends look even worse. The MAHA Report also identified possible contributing factors the HHS intended to review, such as diet, chemicals, technology use, and of course, vaccinations.
The Pharma cartel’s response was fierce. Using the mainstream media mouthpiece, they shrieked that the decisions made were not “science-based” and posed “existential threats” to children. In reality, they were describing themselves!
They also secured an ally in a radical Biden-appointed federal judge. On March 16, 2026, Judge Brian Murphy issued an injunction against the ACIP committee which nullified their appointments and all the votes they have taken since June of 2025. He effectively reversed RFK Jr.’s entire vaccine agenda. As Dr. Ryan Cole, Head of Medical & Scientific Affairs for the Independent Medical Alliance (IMA), a national coalition representing more than 12,000 independent physicians and clinicians, said:
“This is what happens when Big Pharma’s business model is threatened. They lawyer up. A coalition of industry-funded organizations went judge-shopping and found a willing partner to shut down the first ACIP in decades that dared to ask hard questions about vaccine safety, efficacy, and the conflicts of interest that have plagued this process for years. As a physician and pathologist, I have spent my career following the evidence wherever it leads. The American people deserve a vaccine advisory committee that does the same, one free from industry capture, committed to rigorous science, and accountable to patients, not pharmaceutical balance sheets.”
The Trump Administration appears to be moving in the direction of reconstituting a new committee, rather than pursue a lengthy appeal of Judge Murphy’s ruling. We will provide an update when we know.
As you can see, Big Pharma captured doctors and legislators are determined to prevent real scientific scrutiny of their profitable business plan. Many, like the University of Minnesota, are celebrating the injunction. They are openly hostile to parents like us.
But We the People won’t be silent. The Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement is big. For decades, parents have been asking for full transparency on the childhood vaccination schedule, for protection from forced vaccinations and for just compensation when their children have been injured by vaccines. MAHA encompasses all demographics and is heavily focused on protecting the constitutional authority of parents and improving the health of America’s children. They remain powerful and undeterred. CPL is part of that MAHA movement.
This battle will continue to rage at the state and federal levels.
Tyrannical legislation and actions like those underway in Minnesota and in the federal court system will not prevail if we the people link arms and work together to protect our rights and our children. People know too much now to settle for the status quo. It’s time to SPEAK up everywhere. SHARE this information with others. CONTACT your state legislators, and SHOW up for the April 8th Rally at the Minnesota State Capitol Rotunda.
CONTACT your Congressional legislators too, and ask them to repeal the Pharmaceutical Liability shield.
