Landmark SCOTUS Gender Ruling is Massive Course Correction
The June 18, 2025, 6-3 ruling of the Supreme Court of the U.S. upholding the state of Tennessee’s right to ban or restrict so-called “gender-affirming” medical care for minors signals a future end to the barbaric chemical and surgical sterilization and mutilation of healthy children.
It is a massive win for protecting children.
To quote Chief Justice John Roberts, “Tennessee concluded that there is an ongoing debate among medical experts regarding the risks and benefits associated with administering puberty blockers and hormones to treat gender dysphoria, gender identity disorder and gender incongruence. [The Tennessee law’s] ban on such treatments responds directly to that uncertainty.” [Emphasis added.]
The ruling gives every state the green light to move forward in similar fashion. Not only did the Court remove the threat of legal challenges, it also added legal and public legitimacy and credibility to the Trump administration’s goal of ending federal support for hospitals and clinics that conduct gender surgeries and chemical treatments on minors.
The Supreme Court decision magnified a glaring question – how did we get here in the first place? Writing for The Free Press about this decision, Emily Yoff wrote:
When the history of this era is written, historians will have to explain how transgender activists so quickly took over institutions and were able to so successfully threaten the social and work lives of those who objected.
We don’t need to wait for the historians. We can explain it now!
Jeff Childers, a Florida attorney and author of a popular substack column called Coffee and Covid, provided one of the best explanations describing how these cultural shifts have been engineered. In his May 30th column, he wrote:
“One of Marxist revolutionaries’ most effective tactics wasn’t literally storming the palace— it was slyly capturing the certification process. Antonio Gramsci, the Italian communist theoretician, called it “the long march through the institutions,” meaning to infiltrate cultural organs not with guns, but with gatekeeping power.”
“The USSR mastered this model early, building parallel structures of party-approved unions, academic boards, and scientific councils—each vouching for the ideological purity of the others. In the West, the same approach evolved, virus-like, into a web of cross-reinforcing credentialing bodies: bar associations, accreditation boards, medical colleges, journal editorial committees—all marching in rhetorical lockstep.
They all work together. One group sets the guidelines, another “independently” evaluates compliance, and a third awards legitimacy. It’s Marxism in a business suit or a lab coat, spouting peer-reviewed footnotes. By the time anyone asks who made them the arbiters, they’ve already rewritten the standards and discredited anyone not compliant with the guidelines.”
This is precisely what happened in the euphemistically called medical field of “transgender healthcare.”
Cultural Marxists infiltrated teaching colleges, schools and accreditation boards with their Marxist queer theory. The freshly indoctrinated graduates then brought their “transformed” worldviews directly into the classrooms and physician offices. In turn, these “licensed experts” wrote curriculum and “standards of care” which influenced literally millions of children…generations of children by lying to them about the reality of biological sex.
The ”experts” called it “settled science” as they told children their biological sex was randomly “assigned” at birth and they may have been born in the “wrong body.” Teachers, books, counselors and media normalized the idea that they could “change” or “transition” to a different sex using hormones and surgeries. Children and young people were encouraged to “explore” other gender identities. Biological boys who “sincerely believed” they were girls were affirmed AS girls and, therefore, allowed to compete on girls’ sports teams and use their bathrooms, showers and locker rooms. Everybody else was expected to just comply. And if they didn’t, they were “unloving, transphobic science-deniers.”
The “experts” even created a disparaging label for girls and boys who were NOT confused about their genders. They were labeled “cis gender.” A cis gender label automatically identified them as “privileged” and “oppressors” because the culture affirmed cis gender as normal; they were not “victims” struggling with “neurodivergent” identities. Consequently, cis gender children were shamed and expected to work hard at being “inclusive” and “affirming” of those suffering from gender oppression.
Thus, the “experts” created a dichotomy where guilt was assigned to straight healthy children, and confused children were “celebrated” and lavished with attention. Straight children who refused to affirm and participate with the lies were ostracized both by their peers and by those in charge.
What have the lies cost us?
- Massive cognitive dissonance – which in large part explains the exploding rates of mental health issues in our youth.
- Intellectual ignorance and dishonesty – even a Supreme Court Justice was unable to answer the question, “What is a woman?”
- Distraught, chemically and surgically sterilized men and women who are now “stuck” in bodies that cannot be restored.
- Untreated mental health issues papered over by impossible promises of transformation.
- Men stealing athletic opportunities from women and punching down on decades of hard-fought equal rights and protection.
- A culture so thoroughly corrupted even the “sciences” have rejected biological reality for feelings.
Cultural Marxism completely captured the educational cartel.
The National Education Association, the American Library Association, the teacher colleges, the teaching standards, the curriculum and even the teacher licensing (accreditation) boards are in lockstep with every tenet of Cultural Marxism, including radical gender ideology. These institutions were the targets of the “long march through the institutions,” and were ideologically captured decades ago. Some like SIECUS (Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States) openly declare it. On their website they state they are “Advancing Sex Ed for Social Change since 1964”. . . that would be since their founding. They were founded to use Sex Ed as a ruse to foment social change.

e NEA Becky Pringle said last summer, “We must transform education into something it was never meant to be.”
And Emily Drabinski, the 2023 American Library Association (ALA) President and self-identified lesbian Marxist, has long advocated for pointing ALL children to their brand of “queerness.”
These layers of indoctrination form an impenetrable cartel of unions, boards, educators, doctors, and agencies which police each other to crush dissenting voices. Their mission is “cultural transformation” masquerading under the banners of medicine, science and education.
Marxists knew that CULTURE, not ECONOMICS, was the center of any true revolution.
The Marxist plan for cultural revolution has always been to transform the values, attitudes and beliefs of the coming generations because Marxists understood that CULTURE, not ECONOMICS, was the center of any true revolution. Which is why they specifically targeted children and education. They redefined truth as arbitrary and personal. They redefined language by changing the meaning of words. And they hyper-sexualized children to destroy not only their innocence, but also the traditional family because healthy families stabilize civilizations. Families, then, have also been a primary obstacle for Marxists.
Thus, decades of “Queer Theory” and radical gender indoctrination embedded into an intertwined network of structures to implement it brought us to where we are today. Cultural Marxists used nonprofits, government agencies, public-private partnerships and unelected, regional governments aligned with globalists. And American taxpayers unwittingly funded this cultural revolution.
But the curtains have been pulled back.
Last year, a whistleblower leaked the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) files. The public was shown “that ‘gender medicine’ is neither science nor medicine.” We were shown that this organization did “not meet the standards of evidence-based medicine, and members frequently discuss improvising treatments as they go along. Members are fully aware that children and adolescents cannot comprehend the lifelong consequences of ‘gender-affirming care’ and in some cases, due to poor health literacy, neither can their parents.”
A short time later The Cass Review documented that all published [gender medicine] studies were of “poor quality” and unreliable for making clinical decisions and informed choices.
In other words, “gender medicine” was never based upon the two most fundamental and basic requirements in medicine – evidence-based science and full informed consent!
The SCOTUS ruling affirms all of what has been revealed. It is a major victory toward ending the sexual mutilation of emotionally disturbed children. Now, the battle will be state-by-state.
Under the 2023 Democrat trifecta, Minnesota became a magnet for gender clients from other states. To date, the Minnesota gender activists’ only concern appears to be that the SCOTUS ruling will burden them with too much business! They seem oblivious to the winds of change that will eventually prohibit them from profiting off children’s suffering.
Such child abuse is abominable.
Ending it needs to be a defining issue for every legislative and statewide political race. Every race, state and federal! It is we and you who must hold them accountable.
