Since our founding in 2013, Child Protection League has written extensively about Marxist ideologies and pedagogies infiltrating and engulfing our educational system. The following article is an example of that in the Robbinsdale School District. Under the pretense of being supportive, a provocative video was emailed to all parents, sending families the clear message that, in this school district, all cultural boundaries have disappeared. The cultural mores that sustain our nation, build our families, and protect our young from emotional, physical, and spiritual harm have been fully conquered by the revolutionary forces in the Robbinsdale public schools. Based upon what is described in the article, we can expect that the violation of our children will only increase. Limits don’t exist.
Our state is in the throes of a literal Marxist revolution. Schools are targets because children are targets. Malleable children are captives of the new revolutionaries, because they can transform the way the children think and speak. The sexualization of our children is a key to this revolution. It teaches them to reject observable truth and divides classes of people into privileged or oppressed based upon skin color, demographics, and sexual identities. Academics are no longer the purpose of education, because a well-educated citizenry is much more difficult to predict and control. Rather, transforming the worldviews of children has become the primary purpose of education.
The article below is submitted by the Hennepin County Community Action Team of Restore Minnesota. It demonstrates the battle which parents must vigorously oppose. We urge all citizens to engage in this battle for the sake of our future, and we urge parents to do whatever is possible to remove their children from the public school system which has been overcome with evil.
TRANSGENDER AWARENESS WEEK
EQUAL TIME?
Written by the Hennepin County Community Action Team of Restore Minnesota
On Fri, 11/01/24, Armstrong High School parents in Robbinsdale, MN received an email communication indicating that Nov 13-19 is “Transgender Awareness Week” followed by “Transgender Day of Remembrance” on Nov 20. The email included a video link with sexually provocative images of people celebrating transgenderism, put out by the Human Rights Campaign. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71yJmLxgdNY
The Human Rights Campaign describes the week as follows:
Transgender Awareness Week and Transgender Day of Remembrance are opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community to celebrate, uplift and honor our trans community.
By publicly demonstrating support while challenging anti-trans legislation and negative rhetoric, we can turn our solidarity as LGBTQ+ people and allies into a collective power to advance equality and justice.
Together, we can transform the world.
Upon receiving the email, parents were taken aback, that this ideology would be receiving recognition, again, in schools. Many schools already observe an entire month of “Pride”. It seems that there is a large population of students, staff and families whose beliefs are being disregarded and disrespected and the full picture is not being presented.
Students, staff and families of faith are subjected to teachings that go against their beliefs. The teaching of transgenderism is a religious rights violation, and families of faith are feeling disenfranchised. Is equal time being allowed for students and staff of faith to share their beliefs on the topics of transgenderism and what they know to be the true definition of man and woman? Faith teaches us that we are to treat others with love and respect, but that does not mean that we deny what is true.
Based on the description of Transgender Awareness week, it does not appear that March 12, De-Transition Day, will be acknowledged. Are the stories of de-transitioners deliberately excluded? If so, it could be considered willful negligence by the district to omit these due to medical malpractice committed against minors. https://nypost.com/2023/07/28/detransitioner-chloe-coles-full-testimony-to-congress-is-a-final-warning-to-stop-gender-surgery/
One would expect that De-Transition Awareness Day would be observed with the same enthusiasm as Transgender Awareness Week. Will Armstrong High School be sending out notification in observance of Mar 12 too? Will equal time be set aside for students to hear about the real-life experiences of people who have endured trauma and severe complications with their transitions and have later decided to de-transition? Stories like this must be heard and shared. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyJGijjI2JU
We also have the experiences of female athletes who have not only lost the right to privacy in changing rooms and bathrooms but also recognition of the hard work, dedication and accomplishments achieved in their sports. In addition, students need to be made aware of the horrific injuries sustained by men presenting as women, in women’s sports. Will there be equal time to discuss the impact transgenderism has had on these athletes? https://www.rileygaines.com/
Ideally, schools would refrain from discussing these issues as it is a violation of parental rights to teach topics that go against the beliefs of so many. It is the parents’ duty to guide their children and “train them up in the way that they should go”. Unfortunately, here in MN, the state has chosen to disregard these rights and even gone against their own mission statement to do so, leaving students in the Robbinsdale area unprepared for life beyond high school. It is the school’s duty to educate our children in a way that prepares them to be responsible, productive members of society. So much focus on social issues like these has left the Robbinsdale School District, Armstrong High School particularly, an academic failure. Only 53.7% of Armstrong high schoolers are reading at grade level while 32.7% of the students are proficient in math (and that’s up from 29.1% from 2023!). https://rc.education.mn.gov/#mySchool/orgId–10281053000__p–3
120A.03 MISSION STATEMENT. The mission of public education in Minnesota, a system for lifelong learning, is to ensure individual academic achievement, an informed citizenry, and a highly productive work force. This system focuses on the learner, promotes and values diversity, provides participatory decision making, ensures accountability, models democratic principles, creates and sustains a climate for change, provides personalized learning environments, encourages learners to reach their maximum potential, and integrates and coordinates human services for learners. The public schools of this state shall serve the needs of the students by cooperating with the students’ parents and legal guardians to develop the students’ intellectual capabilities and lifework skills in a safe and positive environment… (from the Official Publication of the State of Minnesota Revisor of Statutes)
These topics don’t belong in schools. At a minimum, equal time should be required for the sharing of differing opinions and truthful realities.
